Not sure how feasible it would be, but there is currently nowhere online (not even official NBC channels) that streams the original To Catch a Predator shows. Seeing as how this is dormant at NBC I wouldn't imagine the rights would be too much, and say you don't want the ones that were controversial like the one where the DA committed suicide. I know you'd get a lot of people signing up just for those episodes.
I wish!
We've tried. NBC/UNI won't even discuss it. Meanwhile random people are getting hundreds of millions of YouTube views on low quality clips of TCAP.
That's very frustrating. TCAP is obviously a cultural event and it's a shame there isn't an official way to watch it in decent quality.
I suspect that NBC think it's somehow problematic and want to pretend it didn't exist.
What about HvP? I know that True Crime Daily were wound up, but someone must hold the rights?
Thanks for sharing. Bummer that NBCUNI won’t give up the rights considering it’s what 20 years old at this point and they’ve made it clear they want nothing to with it.
Most if not all of the CrimeWatch Daily episodes are available in their entirety on YT.
My favorite show of all time. Wish I could watch it in better quality again someday.
This would be amazing.
