How is this a deterrent? This isn’t even a slap on the wrist. It’s more like a kiss on the cheek!

Sentences in America are a lot stricter than in my country

I live in Florida and the worst thing that happens is the predators have to go on a sex offender list. I swear they guard banks better than they guard our children!

I'd love to see ANY follow up regarding sentences and current status. The "current follow up" shows are disappointing because they're just rehashing prior shows. It almost feels like being cheated when they post those episodes.

I asked ChatGPT why shouldn’t they get the death penalty or life in prison. It said that if death was a possibility, then there would be more murder of the victims. It said that life in prison means no chance of rehabilitation. I am less concerned about rehabilitation than I am about protecting future children. I do not understand why they all get probation. How does probation, protect potential victims and how does it deter them from preying on someone else?
